La Cucina Italiana was founded in 1999 by Pietro Fioriniello, with a clear vision: to transform Italian cuisine into a place where tradition meets innovation. Through his love for Italian ingredients and flavors, he created a restaurant that celebrates authenticity – yet dares to think anew. Today, the restaurant is run by his son Alessio Fioriniello together with Vincenzo Sforza, who together preserve the legacy and continue to develop the experience.
