La Cucina Italiana was founded in 1999 by Pietro Fioriniello with a clear vision: to transform Italian cuisine into a place where tradition meets innovation. Driven by a deep love for Italian ingredients and flavors, he created a restaurant that celebrates authenticity – yet dares to think differently. Today, the restaurant is run by his son, Alessio Fioriniello, together with Vincenzo Sforza, who together carry on the legacy while continuing to refine and evolve the experience.

We serve both tasting menus and a small à la carte. With respect for nature, our menus are seasonal and entirely dependent on the availability of ingredients.
